Trident Texofab Ltd Schedules EGM for Auditor Appointment

Trident Texofab Ltd has announced an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to be held on October 28, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The primary agenda is to appoint M/s. A Bafna & Associates as the Statutory Auditor to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Shah Kailash & Associates LLP. The new auditor will serve until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and will audit for the financial year 2026-27. The company has also arranged for remote e-voting facilities for shareholders from October 25 to October 27, 2026.
