Trident Texofab Sets AGM for Sep 30, 2026; Approves Board Report & Cost Auditor

Key decisions also included closing the Register of Members and Share Transfer books from September 24-30, 2026, for the AGM. CS Mehul Amareliya was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process. Additionally, the company approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manish Dhirajlal Halwawala and appointed M/s.
