Nirani Holdings Private Limited, a promoter group of TruAlt Bioenergy Limited, has created a pledge on 14,00,000 equity shares of the company. These shares represent 1.63% of the total share capital. The pledge was made with Jio Credit Limited as security for debt availed by promoters Mr. Vijaykumar Nirani and Mr. Vishal Nirani. This action is intended to finance the acquisition of TruAlt Bioenergy shares, aiming to increase their shareholding in the company.
