TTI Enterprise Ltd: MD & Independent Director Resign; New MD Appointed

TTI Enterprise Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on July 2, 2026. Mr. Sabu Thomas resigned as Managing Director and Director, citing personal reasons. Concurrently, Mr. Shashank Suhalka resigned as an Independent Director due to professional commitments. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Mithun Wales as the new Additional Executive and Managing Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Nikhil Gehlot was appointed as an Additional and Independent Director for an initial five-year term, also pending member approval. The company also reconstituted its Nomination & Remuneration and Stakeholder’s Relationship committees.
