TTK Healthcare Ltd announced the sale of its 'EVA' and 'Good Home' brands to M/s Wipro Enterprises Private Limited for ₹256 crores plus applicable GST. The definitive agreements have been executed, with the transaction closing expected by September 30, 2026, subject to customary conditions precedent. The brands contributed approximately ₹148 crores, representing 17% of the company's total turnover for FY 2025-26. This transaction is not considered a related party transaction or a slump sale.
