UltraTech Cement: K. K. Maheshwari steps down as Non-Executive Vice Chairman

UltraTech Cement announced that Mr. K. K. Maheshwari will relinquish his position as Non-Executive Vice Chairman effective January 1, 2027, due to current engagements and personal commitments. Concurrently, Mr. Kailash Chandra Jhanwar, whose term as Managing Director ends on December 31, 2026, will be re-designated as Non-Executive Vice Chairman from January 1, 2027. Mr. Jhanwar, a Chartered Accountant, has extensive experience within the Aditya Birla Group, particularly in finance, operations, and large-scale project execution.
