Sumitra Devi Khemuka, a promoter of Uma Exports Ltd, has disposed of 1,79,483 equity shares, representing 0.53% of the company's total share capital. The sale was conducted through the open market. Following this transaction, her shareholding in the company has reduced from 7.62% to 7.09%. The total diluted share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 33,80,98,300, comprising 3,38,09,830 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
