Unicommerce Board Approves Director Resignation and Re-designation

Unicommerce eSolutions Limited announced board approvals for significant management changes. Mr. Manoj Kumar Kohli resigned as Chairman and Independent Director due to personal reasons, with his resignation effective 30 days from June 4, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Kasaragod Ullas Kamath, currently an Independent Director, will be re-designated as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, effective July 4, 2026. Mr. Kamath brings extensive experience, including a legal background and past leadership roles in the industry.
