Union Bank Submits FY26 Integrated Annual Report & AGM Notice

Union Bank of India has submitted its Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, in compliance with Regulation 34 (1) (a) and 53 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The report also includes the Notice of the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The 24th AGM is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
