Kirloskar Pneumatic Announces AGM Date & ₹8.50 Dividend

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd has announced its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 21, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The company also fixed July 3, 2026, as the record date for its proposed final dividend of ₹8.50 per equity share (425%) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The AGM will facilitate e-voting for shareholders, with the remote e-voting period from July 18-20, 2026.
