TMB announces 104th AGM for FY26, submits Annual Report

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd (TMB) announced its 104th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The bank has submitted its Annual Report, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY 2025-26, along with the Notice of the 104th AGM. These documents are being sent to members via email and are also available on the bank's website and CDSL's e-voting platform. Electronic voting facilities will be available from July 11, 2026, to July 13, 2026, with a cut-off date of July 07, 2026, for eligible members. The AGM agenda includes adopting the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2025-26 and re-appointing Thiru. K. V. Rama Moorthy as a Non-Executive Director.
