TMB to hold 104th AGM on July 14, 2026 via video conferencing

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd. announced its 104th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. IST. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) circulars. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, along with the AGM Notice, has been sent to members via email or web link. The bank is providing an e-voting facility through CDSL, which will commence on July 11, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. IST and conclude on July 13, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. IST. Members can also vote during the AGM. The cut-off date for determining eligible voters is July 07, 2026. Key businesses to be transacted include adopting the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2025-26 and re-appointing Thiru. K. V. Rama Moorthy as a Non-Executive Director.
