Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Announces 104th AGM on July 14, 2026

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd has announced its 104th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs circulars. The Bank has also submitted its Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, along with the AGM notice. Electronic voting will commence on July 11, 2026, and conclude on July 13, 2026. Members eligible to vote are those recorded as of July 7, 2026.
