Uniroyal Marine Re-appoints Internal and Secretarial Auditors for FY27

Uniroyal Marine Exports Ltd announced the re-appointment of its Internal Auditor, Mr. Panakkat Sandeep Kumar, and Secretarial Auditor, Gopimohan Satheesan and Associates LLP, for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on July 01, 2026. Mr. Kumar, a Company Secretary in Practice, brings extensive experience in internal audit services. Gopimohan Satheesan and Associates LLP, led by Mr. K.P. Satheesan, also brings over 20 years of post-qualification experience in company law matters.
