Universus Photo: NCLAT dismisses shareholder's appeal, upholds NCLT order

Universus Photo Imagings Ltd announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has allowed the withdrawal of an appeal filed by shareholder Mr. Ankit Jain. The appeal challenged an earlier order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad Bench, dated October 15, 2025, which had ruled in favor of the company. With the NCLAT's dismissal of the appeal on April 16, 2026, the NCLT's original order, favorable to Universus Photo Imagings, remains operative. The company is awaiting the formal order and will make further disclosures upon its receipt, ensuring compliance with any directions. This disclosure is made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
