UP Hotels Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on November 13, 2025, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the half year and quarter ended 30th September, 2025. The company has also closed the trading window for dealing in the company's shares from October 15, 2025, which will open 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the Stock Exchange.
