UPL Ltd Announces Leadership Changes Post CEO's Resignation

UPL Ltd has announced leadership adjustments following the resignation of Mr. Mike Frank as CEO of UPL Corporation Limited, effective August 31, 2026. Group Chairman and CEO, Mr. Jai Shroff, will assume leadership of the Global Crop Protection business. This transition will be supported by senior leadership appointments with expanded global mandates: Mr. Sameer Tandon as President, APAC, Africa, and Europe, and Mr. Ashish Dobhal as President, Americas. This new structure aims to ensure strategic continuity, accelerate decision-making, and strengthen execution across key markets, aligning with the company's objective of becoming a simpler, flatter, and more agile organization.
