GST Department drops ₹8.7 Cr SCN against 544515

After the company responded, the GST Department issued an order on May 28, 2026, confirming no short reporting of outward liabilities, no short payment of GST, and eligible input tax credit. Consequently, no tax demand, interest, or penalty has been imposed, and the company states there is no impact on its financial or operational activities.
