UTI AMC recommends ₹40 final dividend for FY26

UTI Asset Management Company's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 23, 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Concurrently, the Board recommended a final dividend of ₹40 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend recommendation is subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
