ICICI Prudential MF Sells 2.11% Stake in V-Guard Industries

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has disclosed a net sale of 91,83,134 equity shares in V-Guard Industries Ltd., representing 2.11% of the paid-up capital. This transaction, conducted through open market sales between January 20, 2026, and August 17, 2026, reduced the fund's holding from 7.04% to 4.93%. The sales were made from an investment perspective, not to gain control. The total equity share capital of V-Guard Industries before the disposal was 43,63,44,639 shares, increasing to 43,68,91,055 shares after the disposal.
