V-Guard Director Radha Unni Retires; MD to Assume Chairperson Role

V-Guard Industries Ltd announced the retirement of Ms. Radha Unni, Chairperson and Independent Director, effective September 26, 2026, upon completion of her second and final term. Consequently, she will also step down from her positions on the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and Risk & ESG Committee. In a related move, Mr. Mithun K Chittilappilly, the current Managing Director, will additionally assume the role of Chairperson of the Board starting September 27, 2026. Mr. Chittilappilly brings extensive experience, having led V-Guard's market expansion and product portfolio growth.
