ICICI Prudential MF Sells 91.8 Lakh V-Guard Shares

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has disclosed a net sale of 91,83,134 equity shares of V-Guard Industries Ltd. This transaction, conducted via the open market between January 20, 2026, and August 17, 2026, resulted in a decrease of over 2% in their shareholding. Prior to the sale, the fund held approximately 7.04% (3,07,28,299 shares) of V-Guard's paid-up capital. Post-sale, their holding has reduced to approximately 4.93% (2,15,45,165 shares). The fund clarified that these transactions are for investment purposes and not to gain controlling interest.
