V2 Retail re-appoints Ram Chandra Agarwal as Chairman & MD for 5 years

V2 Retail Limited's Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ram Chandra Agarwal as the Chairman and Managing Director for a period of 5 years, effective May 28, 2026. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Agarwal, a founding member with over 30 years of retail experience, is credited with pioneering value retailing in India and has received prestigious awards. He is related to other whole-time directors of the company and is not debarred from holding the office.
