Vaarad Ventures Appoints R.R. Tibrewala & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Vaarad Ventures Limited's Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of M/s. R.R. Tibrewala & Co. as Statutory Auditors. This appointment is to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. J.D. Jhaveri & Associates. The board also recommended the appointment of R.R. Tibrewala & Co. for a five-year term, subject to member approval at the upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting. The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026.
