The Board of Directors of Vallabh Steels Ltd. has approved the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The review report by KR Aggarwal & Associates highlighted several areas of concern including the valuation of inventory, going concern assumption, actuarial valuation reports for employee benefits, and impairment of assets. The company's financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and the previous quarters/financial year figures have been regrouped/rearranged wherever necessary to make them comparable.
