Vamshi Rubber: Re-appoints Chairman & Whole Time Director for 3 Years

Vamshi Rubber Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Mereddy Ramesh Reddy as Chairman and Whole-Time Director for a further period of three years, effective July 31, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 14, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Reddy, who holds a B.Tech and an M.S. (USA) and possesses over 30 years of experience in the Tyre Retreading Industry, is not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority. The company confirmed he is not related to any other director on the board.
