Vapi Enterprise Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Vapi Enterprise Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 5, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. HRU & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, effective from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. The decision was based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). M/s. HRU & Associates is a Practising Company Secretary firm with extensive experience in corporate secretarial, legal, and regulatory compliance.
