Varroc Engineering to Acquire 45% Stake in Forsee Power India

Varroc Engineering Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a 45% equity stake in Forsee Power India Private Limited for an initial consideration not exceeding €4.5 Million. The investment includes acquiring equity shares through primary and secondary issuance, and subscribing to optionally convertible redeemable preference shares. Forsee Power India is engaged in manufacturing battery pack systems for electric mobility. This strategic move is expected to provide long-term business and commercial benefits, particularly in the electric mobility sector. The transaction is anticipated to be completed by December 31, 2026, subject to fulfillment of conditions precedent.
