Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Ltd Board Approves Auditor Appointment

Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 25, 2026, approved the Directors' Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s SMNK & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The notice for the 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 22, 2026, was also approved. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 16 to September 22, 2026, for the AGM. M/s R.B.
