VCU Data Management Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 2025

VCU Data Management Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with the Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading. The trading window will remain closed from January 01, 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results will be intimated separately.
