Gangadhar Srinivas Velamati Acquires 19.64% Stake in Veljan Denison via Gift

Gangadhar Srinivas Velamati, a member of the promoter group of Veljan Denison Limited, has acquired 8,83,979 equity shares, representing 19.64% of the total voting capital, through an inter-se transfer by way of gift. Prior to this acquisition, Mr. Velamati held 7,71,564 shares, amounting to 17.15% of the total voting capital. Following the gift, his total shareholding in Veljan Denison Limited stands at 16,55,543 equity shares, representing 36.79% of the total voting capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 45,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
