Veljan Denison: Promoter Gangadhar Velamati Acquires 8.84 Lakh Shares by Gift

Veljan Denison Limited has received a disclosure under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, from promoter Gangadhar Srinivas Velamati. He acquired 8,83,979 equity shares through an inter-se transfer by way of gift from promoter Mrs. Sree Chukkamamba Velamati. The acquisition represents 19.64% of the total share capital. His holding increased from 17.15% to 36.79% post-acquisition.
