Veljan Denison: Promoter acquires 8.84 Lakh shares via gift

Gangadhar Srinivas Velamati, a member of the promoter group of Veljan Denison Limited, has acquired 8,83,979 equity shares of Rs. 10 each through an inter-se transfer amongst promoters by way of gift. This transaction represents 19.64% of the diluted share capital of the company. The acquisition was made from Chukkamamba Sree Velamati and is exempt from open offer requirements under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) & (ii) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The disclosure was made within the stipulated timeline.
