Venus Pipes & Tubes Reappoints Key Directors for 5 Years

Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited announced the re-appointment of key management personnel and independent directors following a Board Meeting held on August 13, 2026. Mr. Arun Axaykumar Kothari has been re-appointed as Chairman and Managing Director, and Mr. Megharam Sagramji Choudhary and Mr. Dhruv Mahendrakumar Patel as Wholetime Directors, all for a further period of five years effective September 14, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Kailash Nath Bhandari, Mr. Shyam Agrawal, Mr. Pranay Ashok Surana, and Mrs. Komal Lokesh Khadaria have been re-appointed as Independent Directors for their second terms of five years, commencing October 19, 2026. All re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
