Venus Pipes & Tubes Reappoints Key Directors for 5 Years

Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited announced the re-appointment of key management personnel and independent directors following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 13, 2026. Mr. Arun Axaykumar Kothari has been re-appointed as Chairman and Managing Director, and Mr. Megharam Sagramji Choudhary and Mr. Dhruv Mahendrakumar Patel as Wholetime Directors, all for a further period of five years effective September 14, 2026. Additionally, four Independent Directors, Mr. Kailash Nath Bhandari, Mr. Shyam Agrawal, Mr. Pranay Ashok Surana, and Mrs. Komal Lokesh Khadaria, have been re-appointed for their second terms of five years each, commencing October 19, 2026. All re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
