Veto Switchgears and Cables Limited announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. For Q4 FY26, standalone net profit increased to 800.07 Lacs from 794.73 Lacs in Q4 FY25, with total income rising to 7656.49 Lacs. For the full FY26, standalone net profit was 2383.22 Lacs, up from 2,152.41 Lacs in FY25, and total income reached 25,399.05 Lacs. Consolidated Q4 FY26 net profit after tax, minority interest, and share of associates' profit was 880.39 Lacs, compared to 733.64 Lacs in Q4 FY25, with total income at 13904.84 Lacs. For consolidated FY26, net profit was 2458.35 Lacs, up from 2,181.96 Lacs in FY25, and total income grew to 38866.43 Lacs. The Board also recommended a final dividend of 1 per equity share (10% of FV 10) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s Rajesh & Company was re-appointed as Cost Auditor and Mr. Kunal Sanghi as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
