Viji Finance: Nimit Rathod & PAC Increase Stake to 6.06%

Nimit Manoj Kumar Rathod, acting as Acquirer, and Manoj Chhaganlal Rathod, a Person Acting in Concert (PAC), have disclosed an acquisition of 1,00,00,000 equity shares in Viji Finance Limited. This acquisition, made through a preferential allotment upon conversion of warrants, represents approximately 4.33% of the post-allotment share capital. Prior to this, the Acquirer and PAC collectively held 40,00,000 shares, or 1.81%. Following the new allotment, their combined shareholding has risen to 1,40,00,000 shares, constituting 6.06% of the company's post-allotment equity share capital. The shares are pending listing and trading approvals.
