Viji Finance Appoints DDS & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Viji Finance Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. DDS & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s. Dharmendra K Agarwal & Co. The recommendation for appointment was made by the Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. The appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members. M/s. DDS & Associates, based in Ahmedabad, is a peer-reviewed firm with extensive experience in audit and assurance, tax, company law, and corporate advisory services. They will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
