Viji Finance Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Viji Finance Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of M/s. DDS & Associates as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Dharmendra K Agarwal & Co. The appointment is subject to member approval within three months and will be effective until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. The board meeting also transacted other routine business.
