Vikas WSP CIRP Hearing: Resolution Plan Approval Delayed

Vikas WSP Ltd announced that a hearing for its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) was held on July 8, 2026. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench, heard an application concerning cooperation (IA No. 764/2022), taking affidavits on record and reserving its order. However, due to time constraints, the application for approval of the Resolution Plan (IA No. 1538/2022) could not be taken up. The matter is now scheduled for further hearing on July 15, 2026. The company is under CIRP since February 2, 2022.
