Vikas WSP: Resolution Plan Hearing Scheduled for May 18, 2026

Vikas WSP Ltd announced that the hearing regarding the approval of the resolution plan is scheduled for May 18, 2026, before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench. This follows a previous hearing on May 11, 2026, where one application (IA (I.B.C.) No. 1537/2022) was discussed, but other matters were adjourned due to time constraints. Vikas WSP is currently undergoing corporate insolvency resolution process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, with its affairs managed by the Resolution Professional, Mr. Darshan Singh Anand.
