Vinayak Polycon Re-appoints Secretarial & Internal Auditors for FY27

Vinayak Polycon International Ltd announced the re-appointment of M/s V.M. & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s Manish Damodar & Co. as Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The decisions were made during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 1, 2026. The meeting also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the convening of the 17th Annual General Meeting on September 12, 2026. The trading window for insiders will reopen from August 4, 2026.
