Vishal Mega Mart Re-appoints Neha Bansal & Gunender Kapur as Directors

Vishal Mega Mart Limited's 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 18, 2026, approved the re-appointment of two key directors. Ms. Neha Bansal was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of one year, commencing from September 23, 2026, to September 22, 2027. Mr. Gunender Kapur was re-appointed for a tenure of five years, effective from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031, and also re-designated as Founder, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Both re-appointments ensure continuity in the company's leadership and board structure.
