VLS Finance AGM on Sept 29, Dividend of ₹1.50 Recommended

Additionally, the board approved writing off ₹9,68,880.75 recoverable from VLS Asset Management Limited and appointed Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
