VLS Finance Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27

VLS Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, will last until 48 hours after the public announcement of the relevant financial results. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window remains open for general investors. The company will separately announce the date of the board meeting to consider the financial results.
