Waaree Energies Secures 212 MW Solar Module Order

Waaree Energies Limited has announced the receipt of a new order for the supply of 212 MW solar modules from a prominent customer managing utility-scale renewable power projects. This order is in addition to an existing 350 MW order from the same client, bringing the total order capacity to 562 MW. The supply is scheduled for the Financial Year 2026-27. The company has confirmed that there is no promoter interest in the awarding entity and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
