Waaree Energies Subsidiary Secures 236.22 MW Solar Module Order

Waaree Solar Americas Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd., has received an order for the supply of 236.22 MW of solar modules. The order was placed by a renowned customer focused on sustainable infrastructure solutions in renewable energy. The supply is scheduled to take place in Q1 and Q2 of the Financial Year 2027-28. This international order is considered a one-time contract, and the company has confirmed no promoter interest in the awarding entity, nor does it fall under related party transactions.
