Waaree Renewable Tech: APSPL Acquisition Completion Delayed

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. announced that the acquisition of Associated Power Structures Private Limited (APSPL) is now expected to be completed by June 15, 2026, a delay from the initially planned completion date of April 30, 2026, due to procedural requirements. Definitive agreements, including a Shareholders Agreement (SHA) and a Share Purchase and Subscription Agreement (SPSA), have been executed. After the acquisition, WRTL will hold 55% shareholding in APSPL, making it a subsidiary.
