Welspun Living Completes Stake Transfer of WCPGL to Welspun Corp

Welspun Living Ltd has announced the completion of the transfer of 1,50,64,213 equity shares of Welspun Captive Power Generation Limited (WCPGL) to Welspun Corp Limited (WCL). This transaction, valued at ₹67.65 Crores, represents 51% of WCPGL's paid-up equity share capital. Following this transfer, WCPGL will no longer be a subsidiary of Welspun Living Ltd and will be reclassified as an associate company. The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
