Whirlpool of India Subsidiary Sees KMP Changes

Whirlpool of India Limited's material subsidiary, Whirlpool of India Kitchen Appliances Private Limited (formerly Elica PB Whirlpool Kitchen Appliances Private Limited), is undergoing significant changes in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Mr. Pralhad Bhutada's tenure as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer will conclude on March 31, 2027, upon the expiry of his employment agreement. He will be succeeded by Mr. Anish Ahuja, the current Chief Operating Officer, effective April 1, 2027. Additionally, Mr. Nishant Hundiwala, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned effective March 31, 2027. Mr. Abhish Jain, currently Director - Finance at Whirlpool of India Limited, will take over as the new Chief Financial Officer of the subsidiary from April 1, 2027.
